Village Pilates – Class Descriptions
1. Village Flow (Contemporary)
A contemporary Pilates class performed on Merrithew V2 Max Reformers, limited to 8 clients for focused, personalized instruction.
This is a challenging, music-driven, 45 minute workout.
The class blends strength, stability, and mobility work with precise form and seamless transitions, delivering a full-body workout that feels energizing, refined, and deeply satisfying. The emphasis is on quality of movement, form, and the joy of Pilates—without the impersonal feel or high-intensity push of large-format studios.
2. Pilates for Golf
A once-a-week specialty class designed to harness Pilates’ strength and mobility benefits for golfers.
The session develops rotational power, spinal mobility, hip and shoulder stability, balance, and control—all critical for an efficient, consistent, and injury-resistant swing. Expect targeted exercises, dynamic flow, and form-driven movement patterns that build athletic performance and precision on the course.
Suitable for golfers of all skill levels who want a challenging, purposeful workout tailored to their sport.
